For those of you who are in the Toronto area, you might be interested in a half-day session being put on by Berteig Consulting: an Introduction to OpenAgile. What’s unique about OpenAgile? It’s an Agile methodology that can be applied outside of software, such as non-profit organizations, non-software departments within software companies, or even the health industry.

There are two sessions scheduled for Friday Nov. 4 – one in the morning, one in the afternoon.
