For those of you who are in the Toronto area, you might be interested in a half-day session being put on by Berteig Consulting: an Introduction to OpenAgile. What’s unique about OpenAgile? It’s an Agile methodology that can be applied outside of software, such as non-profit organizations, non-software departments within software companies, or even the health industry.

OpenAgile is both structured and flexible allowing for organic team-building, re-structuring and it encourages collaborative growth. With these elements it will help members of your company deliver exceptional value to your stakeholders and customers.

There are two sessions scheduled for Friday Nov. 4 – one in the morning, one in the afternoon.
