About The Trainer
He is a Barrister and Solicitor with a particular interest and 20 years of experience in the delivery of effective contract management, working on large scale engineering, mining and construction projects both as in-house counsel and as an external advisor. His commercial capability and personal commitment is consistently acknowledged by his clients both at the front end of contract management and in delivering effective on-the ground incident responses. He has been repeatedly named by his peers in the Australian Law Bulletin Guide as a leading lawyer in the mining and resources sector.

He is an experienced and respected presenter having led conferences and workshops for the past 15 years. He has been invited to speak on major project delivery at infrastructure, construction and mining conferences around Australia and internationally. He has also presented and chaired conferences dealing with topics including termination for convenience (TFC), EPC/ EPCM, alliance contracting, fast track delivery, turnkey, early contractor involvement, BOOT and PPP project models.

He is currently the SA President of the Resources and Energy Law Association (AMPLA) and a Director on the National Board of AMPLA.
