Letter To Prospective Student
This course is aimed at helping those who are experiencing hardship during these turbulent economic times. We schedule these courses wherever they are called to alleviate the burden (Seattle, Detroit, Miami, DC e.g.).
Ask for a course in your area if you do not see one. Other local chapter members will work with you to help launch a course in your area. Unique opportunities exist for those who become vetted to be a Conductor for a local chapter.
We are offering special discount pricing and offer this pricing to anyone. Our course will be run if we can cover basic costs. To make these courses run we rely on a bulk purchasing and community involvement to sponsor the event.
Our training is aimed specifically at “Professionals helping Professionals”. In these hard times and in all times we become better by learning to enable each other. Learning is done best for professionals in a collaborative environment. Therefore, training will Cost = Energy + Money. You can pay using any traditional methods such as cash at the door, check, credit card, invoice or other. Your contribution of energy will be collected by the course conductor. Energy contributions can be selected at the time of registration. An example of an energy contribution would be to notify 10 peers who can act and use this type of training.
Our future does not have to be mortgaged to pay for an education today. When we pool our energy together smartly, HTU events happen. HTU is guided by the following values: Low Cost, High Quality, Open Source Knowledge, Current Industry Skills and Community Driven
We will be doing everything we can to hold costs down and help those in the Detroit area that are hard pressed. Our goal is to stimulate skill development in the Detroit area and help people network. We hope you can join and take advantage of this special offering. Please register as soon as possible. Your money will be returned if we do not hold this event.
Registration will be limited to 20 participants. After you register expect an email invitation to your local user group.
Sincerely,
HTU Detroit Conductor
