Now in its second year – and second city – the 2009 conference is traveling from Vancouver and will be a full day event in Seattle on October 2nd.
The show runs from 8:00AM -6:00PM with breakfast before, a party after and lunch in between, all included in the price of admission.

EE 2.0 & The Future of Content Management Systems

10am-11am    EllisLab released one of the first commercially licensed blog tools called pMachine Pro. It immediately let small teams compete with big teams, with larger budgets. Within a year it was clear that the best pM Pro users weren’t using it for blogging, but for building advanced websites. That’s when we saw the need for a hybrid application that was developer friendly. This idea launched as ExpressionEngine.
Over a year ago we began to see that the very best EE users were not building websites anymore, they were building web applications, using EE more as a framework.
