IPR&Project Management
Hotel Novotel Budapest Danube****, Budapest, Hungary
As an FP7 project manager you face many challenges day by day. Negotiating the Grant Agreement with the EC can be very demanding and getting the Consortium Agreement finalised extremely stressful. Achieving the agreement on IPR issues is a crucial step in managing the project, but sometimes partners negligate the task or do not know how to protect their interests. It is not always obvious what should be reported and what not. Deadlines are strict and surprises before a technical EC review are not welcome. Avoiding bottlenecks and legal misconduct, ensuring proper reporting, communicating clearly are essential for successful management. The IPR and Project Management course helps ensure that managers are capable of implementing FP7 projects with the best results and the least possible headaches.
