The growing popularity of these and other services has made these technologies very relevant for enterprises, which now regard Web 2.0 features and services as the solution for delivering flexible, next-generation user experiences that result in increased collaboration and productivity. However, Web 2.0 capabilities are typically not implemented on a standalone basis and presents with it is a set of challenges and opportunities for content management, security, integration and publishing that have to be addressed as well.
Learn how Oracle help companies address these challenges and utilise existing organisational knowledge more effectively while also harnessing the creativity of customers, partners, and employees through Web 2.0 approaches.
During the course of this seminar we will showcase how an organisation can improve its processes and communication channels by leveraging Web 2.0 applications securely and effectively to create a richer experience for its users. We will use a real-world organisation example throughout the session – building a complete end-to-end solution showcasing Oracle’s Web 2.0 capabilities.
Nobody can ignore the growth in the uptake of Web 2.0 technologies – both within and outside of the enterprise – in the past few years.
