The primary objective of our PMP Exam Preparation Training is to help candidates to pass the PMP exam in the first attempt. The course enable candidates to understand the Project Management in the light of PMI® guidelines and not what is understood and implemented locally. This training covers all 5 stages of project (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring/Controlling, Closing) along with the 9 knowledge areas (Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resource, Communication, Risk, Procurement) as defined in PMBOK® 4th Edition.
