QRP International, a training and consultancy provider of Best Practice Management Methods, specialized in Project Management with the de-facto-standard in project management, organises a Workshop on the methodology of PRINCE2 and the new 2009 version on Wednesday the 2nd of December at Multiburo, Brussels.

It’s an exclusive Workshop, restricted to a maximum of 20 persons, aimed at Project Directors, Project Managers, MOE, MOA and DSI who are not familiar with PRINCE2 and wish to deepen their knowledge in this area.

This FREE seminar presents the PRINCE2 methodology by providing a clear view of its benefits. It will also present how PRINCE2 can be used to increase the success of a project. During this workshop, facilitated by a certified PRINCE2 trainer, participants are given the opportunity to apply the basics of the method through group and individual exercises and finally ask any questions.
