QRP International organises a Workshop on the methodology of PRINCE2 and the new 2010 version on Wednesday the 10th of February in Madrid and the 24th of February in Barcelona
It’s a FREE Workshop is aimed at who are not familiar with PRINCE2 and wish to deepen their knowledge in this area.
This seminar presents the PRINCE2 methodology by providing a clear view of its benefits. It will also present how PRINCE2 can be used to increase the success of a project.

- The link between PRINCE2 and Project Management Principles
- The PRINCE2 Structure
- The terms and key concepts of PRINCE2
