Shift Happens – Dealing With Cultural Change
Hotel Realm, Canberra ACT, Australia
What do grapes have in common with cultural change?…
“Cultural Change – Your processes and technology might be right, but what about your people?”
Why isn’t everyone playing the game the way you want them to?
Well… research shows: “The number 1 obstacle to success in projects is employee resistance, and the ineffective management of the people side of change”. So… in order for everyone to play the way we want them to, we have to change the way we are managing people change… (Hint… It’s not just about putting together a communication program).
Learn how to increase your projects success, manage employee resistance to change, and receive some practical tips and tools you can use back in your workplace.
We encourage you to bring along any burning questions you might have to discuss during the workshop!
Join us later in a relaxed and distinguished environment where you and your peers can share your learning experience as well as debrief about your role and management concerns over canapés and drinks.
Start time – 1pm
Finish time – 5pm
Join us afterwards for drinks and canapes 5pm-7pm
