The PMI has recently announced that they will be offering a new Certification for Agile Project Managers. The certification will validate a PM’s experience and mastery of the agile principals and processes. For those of you who are in the Toronto area, you might be interested in a half-day session being put on by Berteig Consulting: an Introduction to OpenAgile. What’s unique about OpenAgile? It’s an Agile methodology that can be applied outside of software, such as non-profit organizations, non-software departments within software companies, or even the health industry.
For the 1.5 years since we held the first after-hours session on the kanban. Here we outlined the general principles, the experience to implement them in practice and tried to compare this “new” Agile methodology with traditional versions as Scrum.
