Hyoon offers “Six Sigma Green Belt” workshop style training that presents an overview of the Six-Sigma methodologies and processes. Participants from various business types come together and work as a team that builds a common vocabulary for the whole group, allows reviewing the application of various statistical tools and provides hands-on training. This certification helps professionals to grow in their professional careers and shift towards MANAGEMENT.
