Webcredible’s hands-training course on web accessibility lasts a full day and usually has a maximum of 10 participants, due to its interactive nature.

During the day interactive course you will:

- Find out how to apply “real world accessibility, beyond the simple box-ticking
- Make accessible images, forms, charts and navigation
- Use of screen reader and screen magnifier assistive technologies
- Learn the importance of accessible content and how
- See how AJAX functionality can be done with accessibility in mind
- Discover how to thoroughly test a website for accessibility
- Use and learn to understand the W3C WCAG guidelines
- Create an action plan of the accessibility of your website

Our web accessibility training follows one basic principle:

Put simply, we do not make your website accessible – we want to make accessible its website. The web accessibility training lasts a full day during which you complete a series of exercises designed to discover the answers for yourself and then apply what you learned.

At day’s end, you have created an action plan of the accessibility of your website and have acquired a deep understanding of what makes a website accessible. As a result of our practical training on web accessibility, you will:

- A deeper understanding of their new knowledge
- Ownership of what you have learned
- Capacity to apply what they’ve learned again and again in the future

The web accessibility training takes place in our purpose-built training center in Tower Hill, London and costs £ 395 + VAT per person. A discount of up to 20% is available if you book more than one course.
